ADULT MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
YOUTH MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
An individual may qualify to become a regular member and may sustain such membership, by attending a least THREE meetings during the year and participating for a minimum of twenty (20) hours of service at any of the MVAC events and or activities in a twelve (12) month period. Upon completion of service, Adult members are awarded an attractive and distinctive Mission Viejo Activities Committee jacket and Youth members will receive a specially designed t-shirt to wear at all official functions.
