All Mission Viejo residents are encouraged to brighten their neighborhood and share the holiday spirit by competing in the annual Holiday Lighting Contest. Click here for Home Lighting Application.

Deadline December 6, 2024, 5pm

Homes must be decorated, and entries received by Friday, December 6th by 5 pm.

Preliminary Judging: December 7 & 9, 2024

Final Judging: December 11, 2024

Winners Announced: December 13, 2024

Driving Directions Available on December 13, 2024

The winner will receive prizes in addition to the “Winner Sign” for their front yard and a photo. They will also be featured on the Holiday Driving Directions for the whole community to enjoy.

The most wonderful time of the year is coming, and it’s time to spread some serious holiday cheer! Whether you’re a master of twinkling lights or a rookie with a single strand, we invite you to participate in our Annual Holiday Lighting Contest! Winners will be announced on December 13^th.

Dust off those decorations, untangle those lights, and let your creativity shine! Enter by 5 pm on December 6th to compete for fabulous prizes, a “Winner” sign for your front yard, and, of course, bragging rights for the best holiday display in town!
